Sucholand is more than 2 hectares of varied, forest-surrounded terrain, which includes a meadow, lakes fed by springs bubbling from below, flowing into the nearby Bobrza River, and more than 100-year-old deciduous-needle trees. It is overflowing with diverse vegetation, unusual species of animals and has an extremely interesting surroundings - it is located at the foot of Ciosowa Mountain, at the mouth of the Bobrza River, in the countryside, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and only 12 km from the city of Kielce and countless tourist attractions. It is safely located 100m from the single-family house, fenced and guarded. We offer you a comfortable holiday in unique year-round highland cottages. There are 4 Sucholand Cottages for rent - Forest, Lavender, and Oak Jacek and Agatka (which are one building). Suchatka Leśna: the 6-bedroom, 70 sqm, is spread over two floors. Its interior is inspired by the Highland spirit, it was built in 2003 by highlanders from Podsarnia, maintained and refreshed every year. It is made of beautiful round logs, with numerous hand-carved elements. Its interior on the first floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, an atmospheric cast-iron fireplace with a supply of wood, creating a wonderful atmosphere during summer evenings, a long carved table, a decorative hunting gallery, a bathroom with a shower and direct access to a huge floating terrace. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms and a sauna. Each bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the lake and forest. Suchatka Lavender: an 8-bedroom, approximately 100-square-meter log cabin, built in 2013 by the same Highlanders who built the beautiful Forest Suchatka 10 years earlier. Suchatka Lavender, on the other hand, is a slightly larger and slightly more modern two-story cottage, which on the first floor has a vestibule, a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar and dishwasher, a dining table that seats 10 people comfortably, a fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor there are 4 double bedrooms and a sauna with a beautiful panoramic window that overlooks all of Sukholand. Each bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the lake and forest. There are subtle lavender accents throughout the Cottage. From the living room there is access to a wooden veranda right on the lake shore. Suchatka Dębowa Jacek and Agatka (the cottage can be rented as a whole or each half separately (Jacek or Agatka), then each more often accommodates max. 5 persons). On the first floor it has a living room, kitchenette, fireplace, bathroom and on the first floor 2 bedrooms: 1 double and 1 triple. There is no sauna in this cottage. Each bedroom has an exit to a terrace overlooking the beautiful mighty Oak trees growing around the cottage. Suchatka Dębowa is located just 5 meters from the lake shore. Sucholand is an ideal and dream place for people who want to relax in the bosom of nature, who appreciate peace, quiet, like to be outdoors, listen to the singing of birds, the sound of trees or the croaking of frogs. Each of the cottages has a fire pit with a grill for barbecuing. In winter, a huge attraction are the nearby ski slopes (9 ski resorts, 17 lifts) with the possibility of hiring an instructor and renting equipment, as well as sleigh rides, bonfires with roast potatoes and "highlander" tea organized especially for our guests. For animal lovers in Sucholand you can admire all kinds of animals - many unusual species of birds, squirrels living in the area of Sucholand, wild ducks, as well as domestic animals: goats, sheep and rabbits. For active people we recommend taking advantage of the soccer or volleyball field, or going to the nearby Sports and Recreation Center (swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, bowling alley, tennis court, lagoon with kayaks and pedal boats at a distance of about 7 km), or taking advantage of the huge number of other attractions clustered in the vicinity of Sucholand. There will also be something for mushroom pickers. In the nearby forests you will find popular species of mushrooms - chanterelles, sitaks, buttermilks, bay boletes, porcini, rufous or watercress.
