Apartment on the water - Houseboat, where you can relax stationary at the pier or floating on the lake. Being close to nature, this place allows you to relax the way you like. It is not only the location on the picturesque lake "Lubie" that gives you the opportunity to sail, kayak or fish, but also the surrounding forests, which encourage you to go hiking or biking. There is also a fallow deer farm on our property. We have one cottage on the water, which, weather permitting, can take you on a wonderful cruise on the lake "LUBIE" in the Drawsko Lake District. It is a beautiful lake surrounded by wild nature, with places where you can fully relax by fishing or enjoying water and sunbathing. Our houseboat consists of two terraces, the lower one with a table and chairs and the upper one with deck chairs, a living room with a kitchenette, where there is a double sofa bed, two bedrooms and a toilet with a shower. The cottage is powered by an internal combustion engine. The cottage has solar panels which gives independent access to electricity while cruising on the lake. Free parking space, - two fire extinguishers, full access to water and electricity in the marina, - full safety package - life jackets, - lifebelt and medical kit, - full rigging including bouncers and bosun, - full kitchen and salon equipment for autonomous cruising including refrigerator, two-burner stove, crockery and cutlery, - bedding and towels for guests, - wheelhouse with comfortable hock and cameras monitoring engine operation and the waterway behind the vessel, - probe indicating fish and various parameters, e.g. depth, bottom, speed, etc., - online TV and WiFi, - tanks for clean water 1000L and for waste water 1000L, - air conditioning in the living room, - sleeping places are for 6 people. The floating house on the water serves as a self-contained apartment, a comfortable fishing platform, a place for active recreation or an oasis of peace. If you love peace and quiet and nature then you are welcome. We know from our own experience that these are amazing experiences of staying on our house on the water. There is something for everyone. Additional fees: fuel - the rented unit is fully refueled. We will replenish the fuel at the time of returning the unit on our own and will settle for it according to the current fuel prices. Surcharge for a dog - 25 PLN each day. Minimum 100 PLN. Tourist tax, refundable deposit 3000 PLN, or self-insurance of the Skipper's liability.
