Gift Cards are valid for one year. However, if you need a custom validity date, let us know!
CAN I RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE VOUCHER?
We issue a credit note for the purchase of vouchers. Please indicate your need to receive a note when placing your order.
HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE THE VOUCHER?
The standard fulfillment process is one working day from the date the funds are received in the AlohaCamp bank account. However, if it turns out that the anniversary is today, we cannot leave you without help. Write to us on social media and we will definitely be able to speed up the process!
