AlohaCamp Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Information: The AlohaCamp Referral Program ended on 05.02.2026. These Terms and Conditions apply only to Referrals made up to that date.

§1 Preliminary provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the rules for participation in the AlohaCamp Referral Program (the “Program”).
  2. The organizer of the Program is AlohaCamp S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Puławska 77 lok U.5, 02-595 Warsaw, KRS number 0000922633 (“AlohaCamp” or the “Organizer”).
  3. The Program ran from 19.09.2022 until 05.02.2026. Last amendment of the Terms: 05.02.2026. The termination of the Program does not affect rights acquired by Program Participants up to 05.02.2026.
  4. The following terms used herein have the meanings set out below:
    1. Referrer – a natural person with full legal capacity using the alohacamp.com platform, declaring their willingness to participate in the Program and meeting the requirements of §2 sec. 1; the Referrer may also be a Host, who may however refer only a person who is to become a Host.
    2. Referred User – a natural person using a Referral who received a Referral Code from the Referrer and, using it, creates an account on the alohacamp.com platform and makes an accommodation booking via that platform,
    3. Referred Host – a person who, using a Referral, received a Referral Code from the Referrer and, using it, creates a Host account on the alohcamp.com platform and, using it, offers their tourism or related services.
    4. Ambassador – a Referrer who has made at least 10 Referrals in accordance with §2 sec. 1.
    5. Referral – the Referrer providing the Referral Code to the Referred person.
    6. Referral Code – an individual code that the Referrer can find on the Program page (https://alohacamp.com/referral-program) after logging into their account.
    7. User – a natural person holding an account on the alohacamp.com platform, who may simultaneously be both a Referrer and a Referred person.
    8. Host – a person who offers their tourism or related services on the alohcamp.com platform.

§2 Participation in the Program and its rules

  1. A natural person with full legal capacity may participate in the Program as a Referrer, provided that they jointly meet the following conditions:
    1. they have an active account on the alohacamp.com platform,
    2. they accept these Terms,
    3. during the Program they provide their Referral Code to a Referred person in accordance with sec. 3,
    4. they give marketing consent to be contacted by the Organizer.
  2. A Host may also be a Referrer, including a legal person. In such case, the provisions of sec. 1 and 4 apply.
  3. A natural person of legal age may participate in the Program as a Referred User, provided that they jointly meet the following conditions:
    1. at the time of referral by the Referrer they do not have a user account on the alohcamp.com platform,
    2. they receive a Referral Code from the Referrer and use it to create a user account on the alohcamp.com platform,
    3. they accept these Terms.
  4. A natural person of legal age, a legal person, or an organizational unit may participate in the Program as a Referred Host, provided that they jointly meet the following conditions:
    1. at the time of referral by the Referrer they do not have a Host account on the alohcamp.com platform,
    2. they receive a Referral Code from the Referrer and use it to create a Host account on the alohcamp.com platform by entering into a service agreement with AlohaCamp,
    3. they pass the verification carried out by the Organizer,
    4. their property is published on the platform,
    5. they accept these Terms.
  5. If the Referred User meets the conditions set out in these Terms, the Referred User and the Referrer will receive a reward in accordance with §3.
  6. If a Referrer Host refers another Host and the conditions set out in these Terms are met, the Referrer Host will receive a reward in accordance with §3.
  7. One Referrer may refer any number of Referred persons.
  8. Each Referred User may become a Referrer if they meet the requirements set out in these Terms.

§3 Rewards

  1. Rewards for referring a Referred User
    1. The reward in the Program for referring a Referred User is a voucher worth PLN 100 for the Referred person, which may be used within 3 months from the date it is assigned to the User’s account for the next booking on the aholacamp.com platform in an amount not less than PLN 800.
    2. The reward in the Program for referring a Referred User is vouchers worth PLN 50 or PLN 100 for the Referrer (in accordance with the rules indicated in sec. 3 and 4), which may be used within 12 months from the date they are assigned to the User’s account.
    3. The Referrer receives a reward in the form of a PLN 50 voucher when, within 3 months from the creation of the account, the Referred person completes their first booking made via the alohacamp.com platform, and the value of such booking is between PLN 800 and PLN 1,199.99.
    4. The Referrer receives a reward in the form of a PLN 100 voucher when, within 3 months from the creation of the account, the Referred person completes their first booking made via the alohacamp.com platform, and the value of such booking is PLN 1,200 or more.
  2. Rewards for referring a Referred Host

    The rewards in the Program for referring a Referred Host are vouchers worth PLN 200 for the Referrer, which may be used to pay for the next accommodation booking on the alohacamp.com platform within 3 months from the date they are assigned to the User’s account.

  3. Additional rewards for the Ambassador

    Obtaining Ambassador status is associated with granting a package of discounts from AlohaCamp partners. In addition, if after the trip booked via the alohacamp.com platform the Ambassador provides AlohaCamp with content in accordance with the guidelines sent by email and the Content Usage Terms, AlohaCamp will grant the Ambassador a voucher worth PLN 100 to be used for bookings on the alohacamp.com platform, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  4. Common provisions
    1. Rewards granted by AlohaCamp for an effective Referral constitute promotional sale rewards which, pursuant to Article 21(1)(68) of the Polish Personal Income Tax Act, are exempt from personal income tax.
    2. AlohaCamp does not pay the cash equivalent of the reward or in any other form. The reward cannot be exchanged for tangible goods.
    3. The voucher will be delivered by assigning it to the User’s account on the alohacamp.com platform.
    4. AlohaCamp reserves the right to verify Referrals. If AlohaCamp receives credible information that the Referrer or the Referred person uses the Program in a way that violates the law, principles of social coexistence, good morals or generally accepted social norms, including sending Referrals to strangers who have not consented to receive them, AlohaCamp reserves the right to exclude the Referrer from the Program. In such a case, the Referrer loses the right to receive the reward, regardless of whether they meet the other conditions set out in these Terms.
    5. No reward is granted for bookings made via articles or websites positioned for key phrases such as “AlohaCamp discount”, “AlohaCamp promo code” or other phrases of similar meaning, and other similar phrases indexed on the first page of Google, ChatGPT or Bing search results. In addition, no reward is granted for bookings originating from promo codes published on discount portals such as Chollo.es or other similar services.
    6. AlohaCamp reserves the right to introduce additional promotions within the Referral Program. Under such promotions, different rewards or rewards of higher value may be granted, in exchange for a shorter validity period. The validity period will be specified each time within a given promotion.

§4 Complaints

  1. The Referrer or the Referred person may submit a complaint as follows: in person at AlohaCamp’s registered office, in writing to AlohaCamp’s registered address, or by email to [email protected].
  2. The complaint should be submitted, where possible, without undue delay after learning of the circumstances giving rise to concerns, to enable AlohaCamp to process it.
  3. AlohaCamp will process complaints without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt. If it is justified that a response cannot be provided within this timeframe, it may be extended, of which AlohaCamp will inform the complainant.
  4. The response to the complaint will be provided in documentary form or in another agreed manner.

§5 Processing of personal data

  1. Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), AlohaCamp informs that:
    1. AlohaCamp is the controller of personal data of Program participants;
    2. the personal data of the Referrer will be processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to implement these Terms, including fulfilling obligations undertaken herein, and to establish, pursue or defend claims related to the participation of the Referred person in the Program, as well as in connection with the need to comply with legal obligations incumbent on AlohaCamp under EU or Polish law (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
    3. personal data will also be processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) for marketing purposes;
    4. personal data of Program participants will be stored for a period depending on the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. respectively for the duration of the Program, and after its termination – until the limitation period for potential claims expires and for the mandatory retention period indicated in the Accounting Act;
    5. Program participants have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability and – due to reasons related to their particular situation – the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f), as well as the right to withdraw consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.     6. Program participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Poland) if they consider that the processing of personal data violates data protection laws;

§6 Final provisions

  1. Matters not regulated herein are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.
  2. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by the competent common court.
  3. AlohaCamp reserves the right to amend these Terms. The Program ended on 05.02.2026 and this does not affect rights acquired by Program Participants up to that date.
  4. These Terms are available on AlohaCamp’s websites and at AlohaCamp’s registered office.
  5. Rewards granted for Referrals made before 13.03.2025 remain valid for 3 months. However, if the Referred User booked a stay before 13.03.2025 but completes it after 13.03.2025, a Reward will be granted for such booking and will be valid for 12 months.
  6. As of 05.02.2026, the AlohaCamp Referral Program has ended. After this date it is not possible to make new Referrals or obtain new Rewards, subject to the realization of rights acquired before the Program end date.
