"Migjorn Playa" is an exciting new first floor apartment located on the seafront, just a stone's throw from the idyllic sandy beach of Cala Galiota in Colonia San Jordi. With a practically unique location, as well as proximity to facilities of any kind (restaurants, pharmacy, shuttle to the island of Cabrera, bus stop, etc.), this property has just been completely renovated in order to provide a truly unforgettable vacation experience for up to 4 people. Sitting on the comfortable sofa, or cooking while enjoying such a sensational view, will be the experience of a lifetime! Inside, the apartment has been completely renovated in 2019, using all the latest appliances and techniques. At the front, there is a large living room overlooking the ocean, with adjoining kitchen and dining area. Large patio doors offer an unobstructed view over the sea and promenade, while the kitchen is fully equipped with built-in appliances (including 4 hotplates, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine in an adjoining utility room). There are 2 spacious bedrooms, all decorated in soft colors and air-conditioned. The master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while the twin bedroom is situated next to a family shower room. Air conditioning is available free of charge to our guests at fixed times (between 14:00 and 16:00 and 20:00 and 8:00). Besides the cozy interiors, what makes this apartment a precious gem is definitely the location. With a perfect sandy bay just a few steps away, with panoramic views over the Mediterranean, with the possibility to reach the unspoiled island of Cabrera by boat (departing from the nearby pier) and with the famous beach of Es Trenc within walking distance, it will be an unforgettable vacation!
