The view from the balcony and sunny veranda is enchanting and presents a rustling grove and the lake in full painterly splendor. A kayak, a SUP board, plenty of garden furniture, and hammocks leave no wishes unfulfilled. We invite you to our Polish-Swiss oasis, where boredom is a must and the lake is the center of all events. SLEEPING (House for 6 people: 45 m2) * 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00m) for 2 people, * 1 studio (open space) with 2 beds (1.40x2.00m) for 4 people INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: - sauna - sunny veranda and balcony with a view of the lake, - bed linen and towels, - Wi-Fi internet and Bluetooth speaker, - television, - hairdryer, - board games, - stand-up paddleboard (SUP) and double kayak (from spring to autumn), - direct shoreline, - underfloor heating, - 1 box of firewood for free, next ones for an additional fee (25 PLN/box), - pier - also included are deer, wild boars, and millions of stars. ADDITIONAL FEES: DEPOSIT: paid before arrival: 500 PLN (will be refunded within 3 days), PETS ARE WELCOME IF THEY DO NOT CAUSE DAMAGE: cleaning for a pet: 100 PLN/stay, WOOD FOR GRILLING: 1 box for free, next one for an additional fee of 25 PLN, HOT TUB: 800 PLN/2 nights including wood. Payable before arrival. DINNER and BREAKFAST (paid on site in cash): We also offer dinner "on wheels." The dishes will be prepared by our hostess at home (on the same day, fresh) and delivered still warm to guests at the agreed time. Reservations should be made about 24 hours before dinner. HOUSE RULES: Before arrival, the house rules must be accepted/signed by the tenant of the property. The remaining part of the rental payment must be paid by bank transfer to the host's account no later than 30 days before arrival. Certainly the place is unique, it is worth a visit. The place has everything you need, bardz clean. We recharged our batteries before the arrival of autumn. Thank you very much and we would love to return. Contact with the Owner super, Mrs. Innkeeper always helpful, and the eggs delivered excellent. The lake very clean, the entrance to the water gentle, swimming equipment well maintained. Highly recommend.

Definitely a wonderful place ! It is worth deciding on this cottage, which by its very appearance is impressive. It is well-equipped in terms of basic things, and it is great that each cottage has a kayak, kapoki, SUP. Our stay coincided with the rental of the cottage next door by others, while no one disturbed each other (although there was a hen party there). The space by the lake great, small two piers and direct access to the water from the shore. In addition, 3 spaces for barbecue wiec each cottage I have their own. By the lake there are also deck chairs, chairs, hammocks, swings. A great feature is the possibility to order homemade food and local products (we ordered country eggs), which are offered by Ms. Grazyna. You can order them via SMS message which is very easy and fast. Possibilities to order sushi and pizza. Store, actually 2 grocery stores are located 4 minutes by car from the cottage. We had the opportunity to meet the friendly owner who took care of our comfort during our stay. All in all a fantastic place definitely worth a visit, we spent a relaxing and family oriented 4 days that will be strongly remembered !
