Look no further, our vacation home is a meticulously maintained property located just outside the walls of the medieval town of Lanciano, the ideal place to discover the Trabocchi coast, the Adriatic Sea, the Frentane hills, the Majella and the Abruzzo National Park.. The house can comfortably accommodate 15 guests and is equipped with all amenities and ample outdoor space, including a garden with a bioclimatic pergola and barbecue area. The house can also be used by several families together, as there are three different unitswithin the same building: the first unit on the ground floor with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom (3 people); the second unit on the ground floor with a bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom (2 people); and the third unit on the first and second floors with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen, and an additional kitchenette on the second floor (10 people).
