We welcome you to our beautiful traditional Cal Papa house with stone walls, recently refurbished to offer you the maximum comfort during your vacations. Situated in an excellent location, this house allows you to access in a few minutes by car to the charming village of Pollensa, where you can stroll through its cobbled streets, climb the Calvario with its 365 steps, visit museums and art galleries, or simply enjoy the wide gastronomic offer in the main square. At almost the same distance are the idyllic coves of white sand and crystal clear waters of Cala Sant Vicenç, as well as the much sought-after beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Formentor, perfect for enjoying the sun and the sea. Our house, furnished with style and elegance, will not disappoint you. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light, a cozy dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, ideal for preparing your favorite dishes for family and friends. On the second floor, we have three bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom, the second also with double bed, and the third with two single beds, perfect for the little ones or friends. The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a private pool measuring 10m x 5m, the depth is between 0.8m and 2.3m, surrounded by a lush garden with native plants and large palm trees. It has several terraces, both covered and uncovered, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace where you can savor the food prepared on the portable barbecue. It also has an outdoor bathroom with shower and a laundry area. For the comfort of our guests, the entire villa is air-conditioned (at set times between 14:00 and 18:00 and 20:00).
