The entrance to the villa is at the front, next to the parking area. The living room has comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and a table and chairs. Across from the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a full oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large covered terrace with a table and chairs and comfortable seating and a barbecue Downstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed, which share a second separate bathroom (with a low ceiling, 160 cm), both rooms also share access to a large terrace with views of the countryside and mountains. The villa has a magnificent south facing pool and garden, which receives the sun for most of the day. There is plenty of space for sunbathing, and views of the open countryside and mountains can be enjoyed from the pool. The pergola provides shade for the dining and seating area, plus the brick barbecue is to one side of the garden.
