This wonderful stone villa is located on the outskirts (500m) of the much loved and historic old town of Pollensa, a place full of art galleries, first class restaurants, many tapas bars and typical cafes. Inside, there is a charming mix of carefully selected rustic and contemporary furniture, as well as many unique handmade wrought iron accessories. Can Colom is built on one floor. The tasteful kitchen is well equipped and features beamed ceilings, stone tiled floors and direct access to the covered terrace. It also has a nice wooden breakfast table and chairs. The dining room, also with beamed ceilings, has a large wooden table and a typical Mallorcan chandelier. A colonnaded archway leads to the bright and sunny living room with a large window, which enjoys panoramic views over the pool and the famous Puig de Maria. Also on the first floor is a double bedroom, with traditional stone tiled floors and ceiling, an en suite bathroom and a truly wonderful iron bed. There are two further double bedrooms sharing a large furnished bathroom. There is also a bathroom on this level. Air conditioning in the bedrooms is available free of charge at set times, from 14h-16h and 20h-8h. Large glass doors lead out onto the fabulous covered terrace, furnished with a wicker table and chairs for relaxing, and a large table and chairs at the front of the pool, for alfresco dining.
