Our spacious grounds of more than 3000m2, with its emblematic granary, an organic vegetable garden teeming with life and a chicken coop full of colorful birds, provide the perfect setting for your unique experience. Immerse yourself in our wood-burning kitchen, where traditional flavors combine with the magic of the era. Unwind in our period furniture, steeped in history and authenticity. Located in the picturesque stone village of Arxerei, Casa do Cuco is a haven of peace. Just a 10-minute drive away, you will find the town of Friol, with all basic services at your disposal. The village has 4 charming abandoned stone houses, surrounded by forests and trails that invite you to witness the agricultural, livestock and forestry activities of the region. In addition, its privileged location in the center of Galicia will allow you to explore the whole community with ease. At Casa do Cuco, we have a total of 5 rooms, where every detail has been thought for your comfort. Three of them have private bathrooms and independent entrance to the main house, where our cozy common areas are located. The other two rooms share a bathroom, providing an additional option for those looking for a more shared experience. And next to the main house, an exclusive studio for two people awaits you, with its own bathroom, kitchen and a charming private balcony. Inside the main house, on the first floor, you will discover a cozy living-dining room decorated with typical period furniture. In our kitchen, you can savor culinary delights prepared with care. And in our living room with fireplace, you will find a perfect corner to enjoy a warm fire on cooler evenings. Upstairs, an elegant living room invites you to immerse yourself in reading, while the two spacious bedrooms and another bathroom offer you absolute comfort.
