The house is located south of El Torcal de Antequera, a natural site declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2016, specifically in a village called Partido de Jeva, belonging to the municipality of Antequera. The farm where it is located is totally private with a total area of one hectare (10,000 m. ), a well-kept olive grove surrounds it and has wonderful views of the valley of the Arroyo de Espinazo and the aforementioned; Torcal de Antequera from its balcony and terrace respectively. It is located 23 km from the Caminito del Rey, only 20 km from the beautiful historic city of Antequera (La Florencia Andaluza) to which it belongs, 42 km from Malaga and its beaches and a few kilometers from the geographical center of Andalusia. It has at only 300 meters a small supermarket with tobacconist. Nearby there is also a hermitage (La Ermita de Jeva), an Arab watchtower (El Castillo de Jeva).
