Holiday House Casa Manuela, is a full rental accommodation for up to 12 people. It is a newly built house, which has a plot of 1,300 m2 fully enclosed and is located in the town of Pendueles, 12 km from Llanes. From the Holiday House Casa Manuela you can walk to the beach of Vidiago, which is about 15 minutes from the house. INTERIORS: The house, spacious and bright, has 5 bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, one of them with shower and jacuzzi. A large kitchen with dishwasher and a large living room with fireplace. It is distributed on two floors. First floor: - Entrance hall. - Fully equipped independent kitchen. - Bedroom with two beds of 90 and bathroom with shower. - Huge living room with fireplace and direct access to the garden. - Porch/terrace with outdoor furniture. Second floor: - Family room with terrace with two beds of 90 and bed of 1.60 meters. Large bathroom with jacuzzi and shower with hydromassage. - Double room with bed of 1.35 meters with its own terrace. - Double room with two beds of 90. - Complete bathroom with shower. EXTERIORS: The garden of the house deserves a special mention. It is a large green space of 1,300 m2 overlooking the mountains surrounding the village of Pendueles. It is equipped with barbecue and outdoor furniture. SURROUNDINGS: Pendueles is a small coastal village in the municipality of Llanes. A quiet village but has all the services, in the village you can find a small grocery store and several restaurants. Kilometers of coastline with numerous unspoiled beaches without any buildings. The coastal towns of llanes and San Vicente de la Barquera are excellent places to enjoy the best fresh fish. Also Picos de Europa is 30 minutes away by car. In short, beach, mountains and fish and seafood feasts at your fingertips for a dream vacation by the sea. We accept 2 pets maximum and in the case of bringing them, the day of arrival we charge a deposit that is returned the day of departure.
