The house plot includes another house where the owner lives on the other side of the pool, but you will not have to worry about your privacy as both houses have separate entrances and you will be able to exclusively enjoy the outdoor area, which includes the pool, the porch and the covered terrace. Inside, the house has modern and comfortable rooms, including a bedroom with a double bed and the possibility of including an extra single bed for a child. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, while the cozy living area with open kitchen is perfectly equipped. In addition, the living room has an air conditioning machine that also cools the bedroom, and the WiFi is sufficient for reading emails. In the outdoor area, you can enjoy a porch with outdoor dining, a gazebo with chill-out area and the fabulous private pool surrounded by a perfectly manicured garden and stunning panoramic views.
