The Río Cedena house is an oasis of comfort and recreation, located on a 900 square meter plot of land in an exclusive urbanization next to the Cedena River, between the municipalities of Navahermosa and Los Navalmorales. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate 14 people, with the possibility of expanding to fifteen people with an extra bed, this residence offers an ideal environment to relax and enjoy nature. The house has five bedrooms: three doubles, one multiple bedroom for four people and another multiple bedroom for four people plus an extra bed. The spacious living-dining room with fireplace, Smart TV and free Wifi, offers a cozy space to gather and relax. The fully equipped kitchen with appliances and kitchenware makes it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. The heart of the house is its impressive 10×4 meter swimming pool, surrounded by a lawn area for sunbathing and another shaded area perfect for relaxing moments. It also has two covered terraces, one of them equipped with a barbecue and sink, ideal for outdoor dining. A large terrace surrounded by oak trees offers panoramic views of the mountain, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. From the house, you can enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and the valley, with the possibility of spotting wild animals such as deer, roe deer, wild boar or foxes, adding a unique and memorable experience for those who choose to stay at the Rio Cedena house. For those who wish to explore the surroundings, the house offers a variety of outdoor activities, such as the hiking trails of La Madroña and Hontanar, La Sombrerera, Umbria-La Galinda, La Milagra-Castillo, Fuente de las Nacientes and Hoz de Carboneros. In addition, it is located in a residential area, so guests are requested to avoid playing music at a very high volume so as not to disturb the neighbors.
