Situated in the idyllic valley behind the Pollensa golf course, in a quiet rural location, yet within walking distance to the old town of Pollensa and the amazing sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa, this charming two bedroom villa is a real hideaway for a special vacation in Mallorca. With its cozy interiors and spacious outdoor areas with large furnished terraces, this villa is the perfect family vacation home all summer long. Arriving at the villa, guests are first greeted by the large covered terrace that runs along the entire side of the property. It is well furnished with comfortable couches and tables and chairs for outdoor dining. Doors from the covered terrace lead inside the villa to the living/dining room. To one side of the lounge is a fully fitted pine wood kitchen. There is a laundry room available to guests. A hallway leads to the two bedrooms, all nicely furnished and air-conditioned. The first is a double bedroom with private shower room, while on the other side of the hallway is the elegant master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (separate shower). To one side of the villa is a full barbecue kitchen with hob and oven, plus a superb outdoor dining area. On the other side of the villa, there is an imposing palm tree, which overlooks the swimming pool, which has a Jacuzzi at one end for added fun. Sun loungers are provided.
