Welcome to Chabrowo, a house by Lake Klimkówka, surrounded by forests and the hills of the Low Beskids. Chabrowo is located in the Special Protection Area for Birds Natura 2000. The house was built in harmony with nature (facade made of old wood, spruce and oak floors inside), opened for Guests in December 2022. A comfortable space (220m2 + terrace 70 m2) for a maximum of 10 people. Chabrowo is also a space for workshops (yoga or various types of courses, meetings, photo sessions). House layout: On the ground floor: • Well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, drip coffee machine, capsule coffee machine, dishes, pots, etc.), • 2 double bedrooms, • Living room connected to the dining room, • Utility room for storing vegetables, etc., • Bathroom with toilet, washing machine available for guests, • Toilet. On the first floor: • 45 m2 living room that can be used for various types of workshops or for fun, • 3 bedrooms with double beds (including 1 bunk bed), • 2 bathrooms, • 1 office and a sofa bed. Wifi: 5G There are no neighbors in the area. The only neighbors are deer, which often come to the clearing right in front of the house. This is an ideal place for conscious people who value mountain water from the well, fresh air, and contact with nature. The house is decorated in accordance with the wabi-sabi philosophy, which emphasizes natural simplicity, wabi-sabi colors, where nothing is perfect, yet everything is well thought out. The house is characterized by authenticity, as well as comfort and functionality. The house is entirely dedicated to Guests. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and local products (freshly baked bread, homemade jams, organic eggs, pickled cucumbers, etc.). The house is surrounded by forest and the hills of the Low Beskids. Access to the house is via a gravel road about 300 m winding through the forest (photo of the road in the photo gallery). In winter, the road must be cleared of snow, so please make a reservation in advance. Attractions in the area: - clean and beautiful Lake Klimkowskie, - Smerekowiec ski lift 10 km (for children and beginners), - Magura Małastowska via Nowice 17 km (for advanced). - wooden architecture trail (this is a region of unique Lemko culture, in the village of Wysowa, the Guesthouse serves traditional Lemko dishes).
