We offer seasonal menus that are primarily vegetarian, focusing on our vegetables, the eggs from our 4 beautiful hens, sheep's dairy products from Cathy, goat cheeses from La Ferme du Pouy, dairy products from Ferme Berdoulets, honey from the Black Bee of Bigorre, and organic vegetables from the market or Biocoop.
