Welcome to Wetlina, located in the heart of the Bieszczady Mountains, at the foot of Połonina Wetlińska and Smereka. Wetlina has 340 permanent residents, but has the largest accommodation and catering facilities in the High Bieszczady Mountains. The intimate village has at the same time with all the necessary infrastructure around - tourism. We have for you to rent two year-round, comfortable houses, each with an area of 85 m2, designed for 1 - 4 people, from 12 years of age. Each house is: First floor 40 m2 - height 2.9 m - hallway, - laundry room - washing machine, tumble dryer, stainless steel sink for washing shoes, - small bathroom with shower, hand soap, disposable bath soap with shampoo, - a small kitchenette and in it: a 45 cm dishwasher, a refrigerator, a two-burner electric stove, a Melitta pour-over coffee maker with grinder + filters, a kettle, a Ciarko charcoal absorber, dishwashing liquid, soap, salt, pepper, sugar, tea, - dining room with access to the south terrace in which there are a table 200 cm x 100 cm and four chairs. On the terrace there are terrace furniture. Floor 45 m2 - height 4 m - An open living room with a sofa bed 140 cm wide, - two small double bedrooms with continental beds and Talalay mattresses (possible configurations for couples and for singles, the beds have a tiny gap when joined), - a small bathroom with a shower, hair dryer, hand soap, disposable bath soap with shampoo. The water is drinkable directly from the tap. Each house is equipped with a water treatment plant and UV lamps to destroy any bacteria. Vetlina is a region with a shortage of water, so each guest will be asked to use it judiciously. In our municipality there is a very strict segregation of garbage, so our Guests will also be asked to comply with existing regulations. We collect garbage at the request of Guests and take care of its removal. There is a garbage can under the sink in the kitchen for segregation into 4 fractions (bio, plastic, glass, paper) and one small garbage can in each bathroom. There is a high-speed Internet connection (fiber optic) in each house. The provider is Orange and, unfortunately, from time to time there are breakdowns that last more than 24 hours. There is a TV and a package of Internet channels in the house. There is a bath towel and a small hand towel for each person (we do not change towels during your stay), bed linens, toilet paper, disposable bath soap with shampoo, hair dryer, laundry leaves (for 4 cycles), dishwasher bars (for 4 cycles), dishwashing liquid, clothes dryer, tumble dryer, washing machine, floor sweeping brush, mop. Barbecues and open flames are not allowed on the premises. Smoking is allowed only outside. There is a fire extinguisher in each house. We are insured against Civil Liability and fortuitous events of Guests in our facilities. The houses are located on a southern, sunny slope overlooking the Javorník range, on "Manhattan", at the descent of the trail from Połonina Wetlinska and Smerek, at numbers 13a and 13c. They are located at a distance of about 20 meters one from the other. Right next to the cottages stands "Thirteen", which is a store with local products, a bookstore, a bar with alcohol and coffee. It is 30 to 60 meters to the parking lot from each of the houses, and it is not possible to park the car after the house itself. The parking lot is shared with the parking lot of the large Thirteen, which is frequented by outside guests during the day. For your convenience and safety, there is also the possibility to park on our private property, across the road, about 70 meters from the houses, where no one but us is allowed to park. There is access to each house via a gravel path. The whole area is a green zone with an old orchard and a flower meadow. We do not mow the grass. The houses are adjacent to a farm (sheep, goats).
