We bought a piece of land – without electricity, water, and infrastructure, just nature and us. We created a place in harmony with the surroundings – independent, yet comfortable. Our off-grid house draws energy from the sun and has its own water source. Every element is a result of our work and passion. It’s the perfect space for those who want to escape from everyday life – for a romantic weekend, a peaceful retreat, or remote work surrounded by nature. Large windows allow you to enjoy the view of the mountains, Lake Czorsztyn, and greenery at any time of the day. Nature and tranquility The house is located on a hill in Maniowy, among fields and meadows, where the singing of birds wakes you up. Although close to nature, restaurants and shops are within reach. Trails and bikes Nearby you will find the trails of Pieniny and Gorce, including Trzy Korony and Lubań. The picturesque route around Lake Czorsztyn is a paradise for cyclists – you can rent both traditional and electric bikes here. Winter full of attractions In just a few minutes, you can reach the ski slope, and in the area, you will find larger resorts and opportunities for snowmobiling. Lake Czorsztyn In summer, there are beaches, swimming areas, boat trips, kayaks, and pedal boats waiting for you. Numerous events are organized throughout the season. Whether you dream of an active vacation or a peaceful morning with coffee and a view of the mountains – this place is for you. A few practical pieces of information to make everything clear: – Our house operates in off-grid mode – meaning we draw electricity from nature, specifically from photovoltaic panels. It is fully sufficient for daily needs, but it’s worth keeping in mind that it is not unlimited energy. – Heating is available from the fireplace and air conditioning (the air conditioning also runs on electricity). Firewood for the fireplace will, of course, be waiting! – The last 300 m of the road to the house is a picturesque gravel section – it can be easily accessed by a regular car, but if someone plans to arrive in an extremely low car with modifications... it might be a challenge.
