Villa Colonya is a truly amazing property, located in the beautiful valley of Colonya, enjoying wonderful views over the countryside and the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana. It is located a stone's throw from the historic center of Pollensa, but very close to the sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente, as well as the Pollensa golf course. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. Villa Lonya was built by a well-known local builder and is designed in a traditional Mallorcan style, with exposed beams and high ceilings inside, and spacious stone covered terraces outside, in order to provide our guests with an unforgettable vacation experience. A short driveway leads to the villa and the large covered terrace. The front door opens into a very spacious living/dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a cozy twin bedroom with stone floors and beamed ceilings, and a full bathroom. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to another nicely decorated double bedroom. Outside there is a large swimming pool, a barbecue and a dining area (with the walls adorned with agricultural and handcrafted tools). There are extensive manicured gardens with lawns and trees making this a perfect place for families with children. Under the covered terrace there is also a ping-pong.
