The first bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m, the second has a King Size bed measuring 2.00 x 2.00 m, and the third offers two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m. Inside, the villa has a spacious living room with an open kitchen and a full bathroom. All rooms are equipped with Smart TVs and high-speed fiber optic connection, providing maximum comfort for both rest and work. The outdoor spaces are designed to make the most of your stay. The property has a pool equipped with two hot water showers, as well as an outdoor full bathroom for added convenience. Guests can also enjoy a gym, a basketball area, a ping-pong table, a trampoline, and a barbecue area perfect for sharing meals outdoors. For those traveling with pets, the villa also has a specially designated area for them, equipped with a drinking bowl and feeders. To ensure the tranquility of our guests and the security of the property, the estate has surveillance cameras installed around the perimeter of the property. It also has a camera at the entrance to the estate and a remote access system that facilitates arrival and access to the property. Pets are welcome. For stays with dogs, a deposit equivalent to 10% of the total value of the reservation is required for stays of 10 days or more, or €500 for stays shorter than 10 days. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, once it is confirmed that the property is in perfect condition.
