Czar Olch is a year-round, modern single-storey cottage with an area of 35 square meters. The cottage has air conditioning and underfloor heating. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed, which when unfolded can be an additional sleeping place for 2 people. Guests can use the bathroom, which has a toilet, a sink and a shower stall. The bathroom facilities include toilet paper, soap and a hair dryer. Towels and bedding are also provided in the cottage. A fully equipped kitchenette is connected to the living room, which overlooks the alders and the lake. The house is located on a 600sqm plot, fully fenced, which is appreciated by owners of four-legged dogs. The dogs can run to their hearts' content, while the owners, meanwhile, can spend time in various corners of the garden indulging in their favorite ways of relaxation - reading a book on a deck chair, hammock or playing volleyball, babington or swimming in the lake on a SUP board, which is also provided free of charge for guests. We also provide bicycles free of charge for guests to explore the area and, among other things, the Swidwie Waterfowl Reserve. For those wishing to relax and rejuvenate, we invite you to the garden mini-spa - to warm up in the sauna and in the bali to bathe in the fresh air with the singing of birds. In the room next to the sauna, while relaxing, you can indulge in a treatment by the brine graduation tower. The miniSPA complex is designed to operate all year round, rain is not a fear, as the whole thing is covered.
