La Matrona is a standalone ground-floor residence of approximately 65 square meters, converted from a 17th-century trullo and cummersa, featuring traditional lamie roof tiles. It offers an intimate and cozy atmosphere, ideal for a romantic couple or a family with children. It features a kitchen with an archway leading to the living room, which has a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a Marie Antoinette-style bathtub that can also be used as a shower. All floors are made of original Chianche stone, and the ceilings are vaulted stone. It is suitable for a couple or a small family (parents and 2 children) Outside, there is a private patio furnished with a table and a small sofa, and a large garden full of flowers, olive trees, and fruit trees (in an area shared with other residences) The perfect place to enjoy relaxing days, whether simply staying to contemplate the beauty of the surrounding countryside, visiting the enchanting villages of the Itria Valley and the UNESCO World Heritage cities, or heading down to discover the sea and the beaches that adorn the coast, offering crystal-clear waters and evocative colors. Pets are allowed only upon request; the daily fee is €10.
