The house is located in the village of Rzeczka near the Sokole Pass, where there are ski lifts and a trail to Wielka Sowa. The two-story cottage has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, finished with wooden elements that add warmth and a mountain atmosphere. A stream flows through the property, and nearby in the garden, there is a barbecue area with seating and a swing. The property offers a view of the second highest peak of the Sowie Mountains – Mała Sowa. In the vicinity of the house, most trails converge, as well as bike paths (there is a bike rental nearby) and in winter - trails for cross-country skiing. There are many restaurants and other attractions in the area.
