We have created a place - a unique piece of the world away from the big city life, where you will hear the morning birdsong. The garden is a place of relaxation with plenty of fragrant roses and wild vines wrapping the numerous shrubs. Spruce branches peek through the windows. Spring and summer is the time for harvesting fruits - you can taste berries, cherries and raspberries. In autumn you will pick a juicy apple or pear and the surrounding forests invite you to go out for mushrooms. If you are lucky, you may see squirrels climbing the garden trees. Unusual House Apartments - are four independent apartments. In 2018, the house underwent a major renovation using recycled materials. The arrangement of these rooms was created out of sentiment for old interiors with soul. Patinated old brick on the walls and beams under the ceiling - these are the elements that gave climate and character. The main part of the building is intended for lovers of tradition and cozy homely interiors. Created to meet the needs of comfort and beauty. You can smell the smell of the old days, the place from where we recovered materials. This brick, is part of the wall of a Kashubian manor house from the turn of the century XIX/XX. For a long time we were looking for such a material , which will give a unique charm to our rooms. Wooden oak beams perfectly match the whole. Combining historic building materials from demolition is a great idea to give new life. Brick likes wood... because they complement each other perfectly and form a duo so picturesque that no other accessories are needed. The wooden oak beams blend perfectly with the whole. A trip along the noble residences and visiting the beautiful but also the more dilapidated ones is a remarkable experience. Ups and downs of families living in Pomerania, wars and historical turmoil left their mark on the buildings that were built and those that have not survived to our time. Our house is a place that recalls the times of childhood, the carefree nature of those years... A space created out of love for nature, the marine climate and the prevailing tranquility. Already at the stage of the idea, we wanted it to be an open house - friendly to all who want to experience peace, absolute silence and get close to nature at hand. We invite anyone who, at least for a moment, would like to feel this atmosphere, to stop for a moment and escape from the mundane of everyday life. We invite you to the charmingly situated Holiday House by the sea in Ostrowo near Karwia. The property is located near the forest, in the garden with a seating area for 4 large families. For children we have prepared swings and a trampoline, for adults a brick barbecue pit with feasting tables. The entire property is fenced, we provide parking spaces directly at the house. To the sea leads a charming road paved with slabs, through fields and meadows, or through a small Kashubian village Ostrowo. Distance to the sandy wide beach is a 20-minute walk of about 1400 m. Comfortable house for weekends for groups, families, students, hen and stag parties, team-building meetings, St. Andrew's Day, New Year's Eve or carnival. Our guests will find ideal conditions for rest and recreation.
