The "House under Barania" is located at an altitude of 850 m above sea level with a unique view of the mountains in the Natura 2000 Reserve. A significant advantage of the location of the cottages at this height is the guarantee of snow in winter, allowing for sledding on the clearing next to the house. The property is located at the shortest distance to the peak of Barania Góra. The estate is situated near trails for hiking, ski touring, and cycling trips. The estate is a place for those who want to be close to nature, away from buildings and tourist traffic. We do not rent the property for loud parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or team-building events. Satellite internet STARLINK is available on the premises. In winter, a 4x4 vehicle equipped with winter tires is required. Winter here is beautiful, often starting as early as November and lasting until March. The access road to the cottages is cleared of snow and maintained, but the driveway to the estate requires an appropriate vehicle. If you have questions about access, please contact us. Parking around the cottages is free. In winter, we also have an additional parking area located about 150 m from the estate, which is also free. "HOUSE" It has three levels and covers an area of over 200 m². On the "minus one" level, there is a game room with ping pong, foosball, PlayStation 2, and a mini gym. The ground floor of the cottage is a large common area. The kitchen is connected to the dining room and the living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: - microwave, - oven, - refrigerator and freezer, - induction cooktop - and a coffee machine for both ground and whole bean coffee. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa with a relaxation function and a flat-screen TV. An additional attraction is the fireplace. On the ground floor, after climbing two steps, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. The bedroom has a TV. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the other side, there is a toilet with a sink. On the first floor of the cottage, there are two bedrooms. Each has a double bed and a small storage room for luggage. Each bedroom also has dressers for storing clothes and mosquito nets in the windows. "CABIN" The cabin has an area of 50 square meters. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining area, and a bathroom. On the first floor, in the loft, there is a large double bed and a sofa bed. Some windows are equipped with mosquito nets. The cabin has two televisions. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances: - induction cooktop, - microwave, - oven, - refrigerator with freezer, - coffee machine for whole beans - electric kettle and other necessary kitchen equipment. Due to the preferences of visiting guests, we do not accept pets in our estate. Each property has: * a barrel sauna, * year-round jacuzzi, * outdoor relaxation area, * fire pit, * a brine graduation tower with iodine-bromine salt, shared by both properties. Please report the use of the jacuzzi one day before arrival. Preparing the jacuzzi for your stay takes about 20 hours. The sauna heats up in about 1.5 hours. The graduation tower is available from May to October. It operates automatically for 1-2 hours a day.
