The house is located on a 30-acre plot with direct access to the lake. An old stand of trees creates a kind of enclave for private relaxation. Important: During the holiday season from the beginning of July to the end of August, reservations are accepted only from Saturday to Saturday for min. 7 days. In the house with an area of 300m2 at the disposal of guests there are: - 7 bedrooms, in which comfortably can rest max. 12 people - 3 bathrooms - living room with a fireplace - dining room with a large oak table where 12 people can feast at the same time - modern fully equipped kitchen - on the 1st floor there is a large 100m2 living room designed for comfortable relaxation. The living room has a billiard table, children's play area, TV and darts. Additional information: - deposit of 1000 PLN collected on arrival, refundable on the day of departure - there is a possibility of arrival with pets after prior arrangement with the owner - Tourist tax - 2.18 PLN / Paid per person / day, collected on the day of arrival - Electricity - Payable as you use it (0.85 PLN/1 kw/h) - Water - Paid according to consumption (3.60 zl/1m3) - Wood for fireplace - Paid according to consumption (200 zl/1m3) - cleaning fee - 350 PLN charged on arrival - guests must observe silence from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am - smoking is prohibited - in the house is accepted max. 12 people - there is a possibility to provide a baby crib, a bathtub and a highchair in the house
