Comfortable, air-conditioned year-round cottage, beautifully situated by the Tanew River. The house consists of: - 3 rooms for max. 6 people including children (3 single beds and two large double beds, a crib for a child), - downstairs a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen and bathroom, - individually controlled air conditioning in all rooms, - fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.), - towels and bed linen for guests, - very large terrace, - bonfire, grill, and sauna included. The cottage is heated by a fireplace and air conditioning. The area around the cottage is monitored. The cottage is located in the heart of the Solska Forest, away from the road right by the Tanew River. On the property, there is only 1 cottage, no noisy neighbors. Silence and peace that you won't find anywhere else. The area is very rich in mushrooms (in season) as well as blueberries and blackberries. Kayaking trips are organized on the river. The river has a depth of about 30 cm and a sandy bottom, perfect for swimming and playing for both small and large. Nearby, there are reservoirs in Ruda Różaniecka, Majdan Sopocki, and Józefów. Our location provides an ideal base for visiting Zwierzyniec, Krasnobród, and Zamość. There are bike paths and hiking trails nearby. It takes about a 15-minute walk to the sounds of the Tanew. For children, there is a cottage with a swing, a field with a goal for soccer, and a trampoline. Silence and peace. No television! We welcome guests without pets.
