You will find everything you need to enjoy quality time with family or friends and feel the unique atmosphere of this place. The property is fenced. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen with a stove as well as a cozy room with a comfortable sofa, a bed, a coffee table, and a television. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs, there is a small locked room with a double bed and a large open relaxation area with a beautiful view, a bar with stools, and a reading nook. This floor also has a second bathroom with a shower. All beds are double, with 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances to comfortably prepare meals. Coffee, tea, and spices are included in the price of your stay. Behind the fence, there is a playground for children. The cottage is located directly by the Wieprz River. At the same time, everything you need on a daily basis is within a few minutes' walk. Nearby, there are grocery stores, an ATM, and about a kilometer away, a beautiful historic church and a modern renovated library/community center. The area encourages both walking and cycling as well as exploring further corners of Lublin Voivodeship, such as Nałęczów, Kazimierz, Kozłówka, or Lublin. Approximately 15 km away is the tourist Lake Firlej. There is an option to organize intimate occasional meetings or quiet birthday parties. A deposit is required. Guests can request a multimedia projector for watching movies on a large screen. ADDITIONALLY FOR RENT: - disco ball, lasers, smoke machine. - from November, a small boat with oars and an electric motor (5-6 seats).
