We invite you to rest in an atmospheric wooden cottage in Odrowąż in Podhale, not far from Zakopane. Cottage pod Herbikiem is located on a hill which guarantees our guests peace and quiet and magnificent views of the Tatra Mountains. In the surrounding fields and meadows you can meet and admire cows and other rural animals, which sometimes 'look' our guests in the windows. It is simply familiar, secluded and relaxing. There is a good chance that on the green hill you will score an effective reset and the desired rest. We provide 6-8 beds. The cottage has a living room connected with a kitchenette (fully equipped) and a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. On the first floor there are two bedrooms that accommodate 6 people (2+1), one with a balcony. Possibility of adding a crib for a child. At the exclusive disposal of guests is the garden, where there is a fireplace/barbecue with benches and for the youngest a playground with swings, slide and sandpit. Free parking available, wi-fi, tv(Smart). In the near distance there is a forest. Rental for min.2 nights. You are welcome without pets. Odrowąż is a charming village located on seven hills that is why it is called Podhale Rome. From the cottage there is a breathtaking view of the entire panorama of the Tatra Mountains and the towns lying at their foot. You can admire the Gorce Mountains with its highest peak which is Turbacz, and after climbing to the top of Herbik you can see the Zywiec Beskid and its highest peak - Babia Gora - the target of many trips. Shifting your gaze to the left, you will notice the Orava Lake, which lies on the border between Poland and Slovakia and is a frequent destination for those seeking recreation and rest on the surface of the lake. Odrowąż is a quiet and peaceful village that lies in the Orava-Novotarska basin, which means that you will find both mountains that are a destination for walkers, as well as therapeutic peat bogs, which are one of the largest peat bog complexes in Poland. A bicycle route runs through the village, going around the western part of the Orava-Nowotarska Basin, through mostly forestless areas with distant views of the peat bogs, but also of the surrounding ranges - Zeleznica, Gubalowka, with the Tatras and Babia Gora in the background. The route is easy, scenic and interesting in nature. For more advanced cyclists, we recommend the route around the Tatras, which is 250 km of professionally prepared for cyclists routes on the Polish and Slovak side of the mountains. Odrowąż is an excellent base for trips to both the Tatra Mountains as well as the Gorce Mountains or Babia Góra. The biggest attractions in the area are undoubtedly Chocholowskie thermal baths located about 25 km from the cottage, Bania thermal baths - 38 km, Orava Ethnographic Park in Zubrzyca - 25 km, Heritage Park of Railway Tabor in Chabówka and Rabkoland in Rabka Zdroj - about 17 km, Ski Lift in Spytkowice - 17km, ski lift complex in Białka Tatrzańska - 38 km, Lake Czorsztyńskie with its castle - 45 km.
