If you're looking for a place where time passes more slowly and nature surrounds you on all sides, the Land of the San is the perfect choice. Our wooden cottage, located in the San Valley, about 250 meters from the river bank, offers an intimate stay for two people. Cottage: Modern, but with soul, equipped with a fireplace-kosher, which warms the space and creates a cozy atmosphere. This is the only source of heating, so we have prepared for you dry wood, ready for use. For safety reasons, the cottage is not suitable for staying with small children and pets. Inside you will find a comfortable bed (160x200 cm) with a good mattress, a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with hot water, independent of the fireplace. Another advantage is a library full of interesting books that you can read on the comfortable sofa. There is no television or internet in our cottage - it's a place made for a real break from civilization. Health and comfort: The cottage is ideal for allergy sufferers - we do not accept pets, and there is crystal clear water from our deep well, which you can drink straight from the tap. The air is clean and fresh, ideal for deep breathing and regeneration. Surroundings: The land of the San is the Bieszczady in its purest form. Wild nature, space and silence. Our municipality of Lutowiska is the least populated municipality in Poland, which makes it a paradise for lovers of walks, animal observation and tranquility. In winter, the area also delights - you can walk, warm yourself by the fire and admire the beauty of nature. Tastes of the Bieszczady Mountains: Although the cottage is equipped with a kitchen where you can cook for yourself, we will be happy to prepare homemade delicacies for you - dumplings, kopytka or delicious tomato soup. Additional attractions: At the cottage there is a place for a bonfire with a grill function. It is also possible to purchase (after prior confirmation of the date) a small or larger tour of the area in an off-road car, as well as lessons in the use of such a car in the field. You can also purchase homemade herbal products from us, personally collected by me in the Bieszczady meadows and forests, free from pollution.
