Our house is a rustic haven for those craving nature and relaxation. Located in the village of Dluzec, on the lake of the same name, it offers peace and quiet and direct contact with Masurian nature. Guests can use a private beach, which guarantees complete intimacy and freedom while relaxing by the water. At their disposal are a rowboat, a pedal boat and two kayaks, ideal for active time on the lake. The year-round 370 sq. m. brick-and-wood house was built of stone and logs. It comfortably accommodates 16 people, and there is a unique room with bunk beds and a real boat inside for an additional 7 children. The house is electrically heated, has a heated pool and a fireplace to create a warm, cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings. The interior of the house includes two triple bedrooms with private bathrooms, three double bedrooms also with bathrooms, a nautical-style children's room with up to seven beds and its own bathroom, and a four-bedroom suite with a bath and a view of the lake. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator, a dining room, a spacious sitting area with fireplace, an indoor pool with a diameter of five meters, a sauna and a bathroom with shower. The living room leads out to the terrace, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. Outside, there is a covered barbecue area, a sunbathing terrace with garden furniture, a terrace with a Jacuzzi with a picturesque view of the lake, as well as a fire pit and a mini playground for children located right on the beach. There is a direct descent to the water from the property, so you can fully enjoy the proximity of nature. The house is rented in its entirety on an exclusive basis, which guarantees privacy and a comfortable holiday. Guests have at their disposal a rowboat, two kayaks, a pedal boat, a children's playroom, garden furniture and wood for the fireplace, available for a fee. Towels should be brought on their own. Fisherman's Settlement is an ideal place to relax at any time of the year. Thanks to the heating and heated water in the pool, you can also spend a comfortable vacation here in winter. It is a perfect space for family gatherings, special events, romantic stays or intimate celebrations surrounded by the Masurian nature. The proximity of the forest and lake creates a unique setting where everyone will find peace, harmony and respite from everyday life.
