Welcome to one of the 6 comfortable heated houses that we built in a 2 hectare private park on a promontory on Lake Talty in Stare Sady, 5 km from Mikolajki. The house has 2 bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom, TV, heating. Panoramic windows and covered terraces of 15 m2 will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the park. On the terrace you will find terrace furniture, deck chairs and a barbecue. A well-kept park with lots of plants, and in it a pond with an island and a waterfall, hammocks, a playground. With us you will rest comfortably surrounded by nature. For those who like to sleep we offer houses with bedrooms equipped with blackout curtains. A barbecue awaits you at the covered terrace of 15m2. The park is a foot away from the terrace. In summer, walking on the grass barefoot or in flip-flops is even advisable. Our single-story houses have a beautiful panoramic view of the garden and park, which pleases the senses regardless of weather conditions and changes according to the season. We have decorated the houses in Scandinavian style so that you have everything at hand for both short and longer holidays. In 1 house we can accommodate a maximum of 5 people including children regardless of age. With us you will breathe a full breath of clean air, enjoying the proximity of unspoiled nature. Two chillout areas are waiting for you. Comfortable hammocks in a shady birch forest and a pond bathed in sunlight with an island and waterfall. Concerts of frogs and birds make relaxation more pleasant. In our park with a garden you will find many paths encouraging walks. Children can let off steam on the playground, peep at the life of lizards and squirrels. Within a few steps from us in Stare Sady you will find an eco-marina with a restaurant, water equipment rental and a slip, cruises on a passenger ship or a fast rib, several restaurants, a beach with a gentle sandy entrance to the water and a playground, a safe bicycle path as part of the 300 km Mazurian Bicycle Loop connected with Green Velo in Wegorzewo, kilometers of paths for hiking. At a distance of 5 km: bustling Mikołajki with its sailing village, stores and restaurants, Tropikana water park. In the area there is something for everyone: sailing, canoeing and biking trails, balloon, airplane or motor-glider flights, stud farms offering horseback riding, a golf course, the Park of Wild Animals in Kadzidlowo, the Teutonic Castle in Ryn and many other attractions. We live in the area of the park and are available to you after contacting us by phone or text message. Due to the surrounding attractions, we recommend coming by car, 1 parking space per car is included in the price. Parking of an additional car is charged 20 PLN per night and requires confirmation of availability. We cooperate with a bicycle rental company, which delivers bicycles to our homes.
