# Dream Home Polanica – a few days where you can truly slow down There are places you remember for their views. And there are those you remember because for the first time in a long time, you don’t have to rush anywhere. Dream Home was created with such moments in mind. These are two private cottages located in a quiet part of Polanica-Zdrój, surrounded by a large, fenced garden. A place for families who want to escape the daily rush, spend time together, and simply be close to nature – without the hotel hustle and crowds. Most often after a stay, we hear one sentence: **"The kids didn’t want to go home."** And that best describes Dream Home. --- ## Why do guests choose us? There are only **two cottages** in the entire complex. This means more privacy, more silence, and more space. The garden is used simultaneously by a maximum of two families, allowing children to play freely while adults can truly relax. Guests have access to over **600 m² of fenced area**, which includes: * trampoline, * swings, * slide, * sandbox, * playhouse, * hammocks, * gazebo, * terraces, * grill. This is where most of our guests spend the most time. Morning coffee on the terrace. Children playing in the garden. Evening conversations by the grill. These are the memories that most often come back after the stay. --- ## A place created for families We know what everyday life looks like. Work, school, extracurricular activities, responsibilities. On vacation, it’s not about seeing as many attractions as possible. Sometimes the biggest attraction is a day when no one looks at the clock. Dream Home was created so that such a day is possible. Children have a safe space to play. Parents can sit on the terrace with a book or coffee. In the evening, there’s only the grill, conversations, and relaxation left. --- ## Dogs are welcome here We know that for many families, a dog is a full-fledged family member. That’s why we can’t imagine a vacation without the possibility of going together. The fenced garden allows dogs to run freely and rest, while giving owners a sense of security. Over the past years, we have hosted dozens of four-legged friends and know how important it is to have a space where a dog can simply be a dog. --- ## And if you need to work for a moment... Although most of our guests come primarily to relax, we know that sometimes it’s hard to completely disconnect from work. That’s why the cottages are equipped with fast fiber optic internet at 600 Mb/s and a comfortable workspace with a view of the garden. Many people finish their duties in the morning, close their laptops, and spend the rest of the day with their families. --- ## Comfort all year round Each cottage is about 80 m² and has been prepared for a comfortable stay for up to six people. You will find here: * two lockable bedrooms, * spacious living room, * fully equipped kitchen, * modern bathroom, * air conditioning with HEPA filters, * fast Wi-Fi, * Smart TV, * washing machine, * dishwasher, * coffee maker, * grill, * private parking by the cottage. We make sure that nothing is missing during your stay. --- ## Polanica and the Kłodzko Valley Dream Home is located in a quiet part of Polanica-Zdrój. The forest is just a few minutes' walk from the cottage, and the city center can be reached in about 10–15 minutes. It’s an excellent base for exploring the entire Kłodzko Valley. Nearby you will find: * Spa Park, * Szczeliniec Wielki, * Błędne Skały, * Kłodzko Fortress, * Zieleniec, * Czarna Góra, * numerous hiking and biking trails.
