A place where you can quietly work remotely for 4 hours in the morning (because the Internet works like in the office), and then turn off the laptop and forget about emails. Where the kids are occupied and safe, so you can focus on that important conversation with your team. Where your dog can just be a dog - running, sniffing, relaxing - instead of sitting stressed in a hotel room. After three years of hosting and 47 dogs that have visited us, we know one thing: the best vacations are those where no one has to compromise. About the Cottage Dream Home is a spacious, one-story cottage located in Polanica-Zdroj, in the heart of Klodzko Valley. It accommodates up to 6 adults plus 3 children. Two lockable bedrooms upstairs with 160x200 double beds, three couches + a sofa bed in the living room. But this is no ordinary vacation home. Hybrid Space (Work + Rest) At 2024, we have developed something that we ourselves lacked: a space where remote work stops being a struggle to connect and becomes a pleasure. 600Mbps fiber in every room. Not 50 Mbps "sufficient for browsing". Not "should work". Full-fledged business connectivity, tested with hundreds of hours of Zoom/Teams calls, uploads to the cloud, designer files. Stable. Fast. Simply put, it works. Ergonomic workspace by the window overlooking the garden. You see the kids playing, the dog running, and you finish what needs to be done. Then you close the laptop and you're already on vacation. Air conditioning with HEPA filters in every room. In summer we cool, in winter we heat, all year round we filter the air - friendly to allergy sufferers, asthmatics, parents of young children. Garden As Third Room 600m² of fenced space with remote control gate. This is not a home lawn - it is a real garden for living. For children: a playground (trampoline, swings, slide, sandbox, house), but also space to run, hide, build bases. We saw kids playing here for hours without smartphones. For adults: a gazebo with a full set of lounge furniture and lighting, a terrace with a view, a barbecue. Evening conversations by the fire under the stars. Morning coffee in silence before the house wakes up. For dogs: this is their paradise. Fenced, safe, with enough space to run around, but not big enough to get lost. Over three years we've hosted 47 dogs - from timid adopters to reactive sheepdogs. Zero escapes. Zero incidents. Because good fencing + space = calm dog = relaxed owners. Kids watch cartoons on Smart TV (Netflix, Canal+). You make plans for tomorrow. Or you just sit in silence. For the Dog Family Luna, an adopted Labrador, refused to play for six months. At Dream Home, on her second day, she brought a ball to her owner. For the first time since adoption. Rex, a reactive German Shepherd, usually barked at strangers. Here, in the secure garden, after three days, he started bringing toys to the children. Bruno, a border collie with separation anxiety, stopped destroying things. Because he had space. Because he wasn't confined. Because he was happy. Why Dream Home We do not promise "luxury resort 5*". We are not a hotel. We do not have a 24/7 front desk or maids. But we are something better: a place created by people who work remotely themselves, have kids, have a dog and know what it really takes for a successful vacation. A place where, after three years, we are still discovering how much people (and dogs) simply need space, quiet and decent WiFi. A place we designed for ourselves, and now share it with you. P.S.
