Our house "Dzika Róża" is located on the edge of the village of Lubiatowo, surrounded by pine and deciduous forests, just a short distance from the sea. With a spacious open kitchen and living room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a covered porch, and a stone terrace overlooking a large garden. It is the perfect place for those seeking peace, tranquility, and closeness to nature. The log house was built from spruce wood and partially from larch and pine wood sourced from ecological Polish forestry. The use of natural building materials throughout the year ensures a pleasant indoor climate. We opted for high-quality ecological thermal insulation made of wood wool, which is breathable and particularly friendly for allergy sufferers. On the ground floor with natural stone flooring, there is underfloor heating, while on the upper floor, where bamboo floorboards and natural stone are laid, the temperature can be adjusted in winter using radiators. However, do not forget to pack slippers and clothes for changeable, including windy weather, to enjoy various outdoor activities. "Dzika Róża" is a non-smoking property. We do not have a television, but Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, and refrigerator with a freezer. In the garden, you can relax on a swing, deck chair, or in a hammock under the fruit trees. The area encourages bike trips to the sea, swimming in the Baltic, and walks on the white sandy beaches. You can also visit the moving dunes, climb the lighthouse, pick mushrooms and berries, or head to the nearby lake. Each season has its charm here. In spring, wild roses bloom and storks return. In summer, you can pick blueberries and cranberries, and spend evenings on the porch admiring the sunset. In autumn, the roar of deer can be heard, and the flying wild geese remind of the approaching winter. On cooler days, you can warm up by the fireplace, read a book, and admire the starry sky. Stays with pets are possible upon prior notification. We accept a maximum of 2 pets. The fee for the stay is 400 PLN for each pet. A new feature available at the property is a sauna. The use of the sauna is subject to an additional fee: 120 PLN for the first 2 hours (for a maximum of 4 people) and 50 PLN for each additional hour (for a maximum of 4 people). We require a deposit of 2,000 PLN. The deposit must be paid separately to our account one week before arrival. The deposit will be refunded within a week of returning the house, after checking its condition.
