Description
**EtnoWarmia – close to nature, in the rhythm of permaculture** We love being close to nature, which is why we created a unique space in EtnoWarmia where nature, handicrafts, creativity, and living in accordance with the principles of permaculture come together to create one magical whole. We have one of the larger permaculture gardens in northeastern Poland, and we are constantly developing the surrounding space by designing structures, building installations, and giving this place a unique character. On the premises of EtnoWarmia, there are **two unique accommodation places**. The first is an adapted former barn offering **18 accommodation places**, and the second is a **tipi located in a picturesque gorge**, which provides **8 sleeping places**. Both spaces can also be used for organizing workshops and meetings. ### Flavors straight from the garden For an additional fee, you can enjoy exceptional homemade breakfasts prepared using **vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers from our garden**, as well as regional products. ### Facilities and amenities Guests have access to basic sanitary facilities. In the building of the former barn, there is a compost toilet and a shower in hostel conditions, with access to hot water. In the gorge, a new sanitary facility has also been created with **two flush toilets and two showers with hot water**, all with a beautiful view of the surrounding trees. Guests also have access to a **kitchenette** equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, and all the necessary equipment for preparing meals independently. ### Nature and active recreation The area encourages hiking and biking trips. There are picturesque trails leading through fields and meadows. Just about **2 km from the property** is a bathing area by Lake Skolickie, where you can swim and admire the water lilies. The area also offers good conditions for fishing. The area is located in a **protected landscape zone**, and in 1970 a nature reserve **"Beaver Refuge on the Pasłęka River"** was established here. The valley of the Pasłęka River is part of the Natura 2000 area. History and cycling enthusiasts will also be interested in the trail following the march of Napoleonic troops. ### A garden full of life For a moment of relaxation, we invite you to our permaculture garden. It is a self-sufficient and biodiversity-rich space where you can see in practice how a garden based on permaculture principles functions. We are also happy to share knowledge about **permaculture, furniture restoration, and vintage cars**. In the evenings, you can light a bonfire and enjoy the tranquility surrounded by nature. ### Workshops and events By prior arrangement, we can prepare **permaculture workshops, educational activities, and treasure hunts for children and adults**. EtnoWarmia is also a place where you can organize your own event. We have experience in organizing **exhibitions, vernissages, author meetings, and concerts**, so the space can be adapted for various types of meetings and initiatives. **EtnoWarmia is a place for those who want to relax close to nature, experience life in the rhythm of permaculture, and spend time in a space created with passion.** Here, you can slow down, explore the surroundings, relax in the garden, try local flavors, participate in workshops, or simply sit by the bonfire in the evening and enjoy the tranquility of Warmia. We warmly invite you!
