Puchałowo Farm – relaxation close to animals and Masurian nature Welcome to year-round agritourism in Puchałowo, among forests and meadows. This is a place for a family getaway, a peaceful weekend, and a longer rest in the countryside. You can start your morning with a meeting with alpacas, spend the day cycling or by the lake, and end the evening by the campfire. Life on the farm We have various animals living with us, including alpacas, horses, goats, sheep, Scottish Highland cows, rabbits, and poultry. Contact with the animals, feeding them, and self-guided walks with the alpacas are included in the stay. We provide food on-site. You can also bring your own treats – please consult with the hosts beforehand about which treats are suitable for the animals. Experienced riders can, upon agreement with the hosts, ride our horses for free; we do not provide an instructor on the farm. For lessons with an instructor, we recommend the friendly stable of Mrs. Kinga Pasturska. The conditions and costs of lessons are arranged directly with the stable. Rooms and common space All rooms have a private bathroom, TV, heating, and air conditioning. Bed linen, towels, and air conditioning use are included in the price. Towel changes and cleaning during the stay are available upon request at no extra charge. We provide toilet paper in the bathrooms; please bring your own toiletries. A hairdryer can be borrowed for free. We provide a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, and pots. Guests can also use the washing machine, drying rack, and iron for free. In the common room, there is a TV, books, board games, and toys. Starlink internet and Wi-Fi in all rooms allow for remote work. Meals Meals are optional and available at an additional cost. You can order them for selected days of your stay: • breakfast from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM – 40 PLN per person; • dinner from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – 60 PLN per person. Children under 3 eat for free, children aged 3–9 pay half price, and from 10 years old, the full rate applies. Meals can be ordered on the same day; please notify us of vegetarian options a day in advance. For food allergies, please discuss with the hosts upon arrival and agree on meal preparation possibilities. Coffee, tea, and water are available for free throughout the day. There is a self-service bar available 24/7. Alcohol is charged additionally, and payment is settled upon departure. Recreation for young and old For children, there is a playground, swings, sandbox, and trampoline. We provide travel cots and high chairs for free; please request the preparation of a cot before arrival. All guests have access to four shared gazebos, two shared terraces, hammocks, and sun loungers. Using the campfire and grill area, as well as firewood, is free and does not require prior reservation. We have 6 bicycles for adults and 6 for children – available for free, no reservation needed. We do not provide helmets or child seats. You can store your own bicycles for free in a locked room; charging electric bike batteries is also free. Surroundings Lake Zawadzkie, where you can swim and fish, is about 10.6 km by car from the farm. For shopping, you can go to the Basia store in Muszaki (about 9.5 km) or Dino in Komorowo (about 10 km). For kayaking trips, we recommend external organizers: Kayak Trips Pirat in Wesołowo near Wielbark (about 25 km; Omulew and Sawica) and Agro-Głuch in Głuch (about 23 km; Omulew). The trips are at an additional cost, and the price, reservation, and transport are arranged directly with the organizer. The distances provided are approximate and refer to driving by car. Access and stay The farm area is fenced. We provide free parking for all guests, and access by regular car is possible year-round. We offer free pickup from the PKP station in Nidzica and Olsztyn-Mazury airport in Szymany, as well as return transport. Please arrange the transfer at least 7 days in advance. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late arrivals are possible upon agreement with the hosts. You can leave your luggage for free before check-in and after check-out. Dogs and cats are welcome at no extra charge; please take care of them and consider the presence of other guests and animals on the farm. The premises have flat surfaces and parking, but we do not have rooms or bathrooms adapted for wheelchair users. Monitoring covers the outdoor area and the common room with the bar. There are no cameras in the rooms and bathrooms. On-site, we accept payments by card, cash, BLIK, and bank transfer; we prefer card payments. We do not charge a deposit, local fee, or additional mandatory cleaning fee. Upon prior arrangement, you can charge electric cars from a regular socket, power socket, or charger. The fee depends on energy consumption and Energa rates; we provide the price for 1 kWh before starting the charging.
