The house is available year-round. Underfloor heating + fireplace. We offer accommodation for 4 people in 2 bedrooms. An additional 2 people can sleep on a fold-out sofa in the living room. On the lower level, there is a lockable bedroom with a stackable bed, which can be configured as a raised single, two doubles, or combined as a double bed. In the loft, there is a large double Japanese futon. In the living room, a fold-out sofa from Karup Design with a futon. Additionally, there is a travel crib for infants and children, Nuna Sena (two levels) (without bedding). In the loft, besides the bedroom, there is extra space with a desk for work and a beautiful view. The house has WiFi, a projector with Chromecast, and a Bang&Olufsen speaker. In the house, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine. In the kitchen, there are dishes and pots, as well as a Moccamaster drip coffee maker, a coffee pot, and a coffee grinder. Additionally, a grill. Treehouse. FOOD: In our village, there is a small grocery store where you can get basic food products and even beer from a local brewery. There is also a 24-hour BP station nearby with a shop. In neighboring Tumiany, we recommend the Folwark Tumiany restaurant with local cuisine. Additionally, it is worth visiting the Folwarczna Smoked Fish Shop in Tumiany, where you can stock up on smoked fish from local fish farms, including the Fish Farm in Bartołty Wielkie in Warmia. In Tumiany, we also recommend the Zapach Drewna restaurant. In Jeziorany, there is a good food market from local producers. The Eco Market takes place on Saturdays. You can buy fresh vegetables and other farm products directly from farmers, including cheese from Owczarnia Lefevre and honey from Warmian apiaries. ATTRACTIONS AND ACTIVITIES: Four hiking trails allow you to explore the cultural heritage of the region. The main asset for tourism is the lakes. For cycling enthusiasts, there are routes totaling over 300 km, which lead through charming and interesting places. At the campsite in Tumiany, you can rent bicycles. Kayaks are also available. We recommend planning a rafting trip or a sightseeing tour of the nearby lakes and rivers. Our favorite rafting starts from Lake Dadaj. – Dadaj-Tumiany 13km The kayaking trail runs by Fejny Dom: Lake Dadaj – River Dadaj – Klimkowo – Lake Tumiańskie – Tumiany – Lake Pisz - River Pisa – Barczewo – River Pisa – Lake Wadąg – River Wadąg The nearest towns are Barczewo and Biskupiec. Barczewo: - Old Town, - historic churches, - synagogue, - European Culture Treasury. The expressway S7 + S16 from Warsaw is 245 km ~3 hours. Although we recommend the beautiful scenic national road D51 through Szczytno. 215 km takes half an hour longer but through beautiful areas. From Gdańsk, you can take the expressway through Olsztynek 210 km or local Warmian roads through Orneta: 180 km. The nearest large towns are Biskupiec (9 km) and Barczewo (13 km). On-site access to the house is via a dirt municipal road.
