Hello, we are Annelore and Josef and are very happy to share our lovingly furnished vacation home with you. The house was originally built and furnished for us - with a lot of heart, high-quality materials and everything you need to feel really comfortable and relaxed. At some point, we decided to make it accessible to others so that you can enjoy this special place as much as we do. Our house is located in a quiet new development in Lathen, only about 800 m from the town center. The covered terrace with adjoining lawn invites you to linger, and there is even a small stream at the end of the property - perfect for simply relaxing and unwinding. There is a lockable shed for your bicycles and your car can be conveniently parked under the carport. Lathen is located in beautiful Emsland, close to the Dutch border - a region that has a lot to offer: the Schloss Dankern leisure park with lake and water ski facility, Heeder See lake, the maglev train or the Miniwelten Lathen - ideal for families and explorers. We hope that you will feel as comfortable here as if you were at home.
