On two floors, you will find a large, light-filled living area, five cozy bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a successful stay. On the ground floor, there is a large bathroom with a shower, while the upper floor houses four bedrooms and another spacious bathroom – perfect for a relaxed start to the day. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the forest and the gentle landscape of the Hessian highlands. The terrace features a barbecue fireplace for cozy evenings. From there, you can access the private sauna, where you can relax undisturbed at any time. In just a few minutes, you can reach Lake Ibra, which invites you to swim and fish. In summer, there is even a water ski facility available – ideal for active holiday days. Your pet is also warmly welcome here. Practical details: Wi-Fi is available free of charge, and parking is available directly at the house. Please note that a tourist tax of 1 EUR per person per day is charged on-site, as well as costs for electricity, gas, and water based on consumption.
