The country house with garden is exclusively available to our guests. # Accommodation On the 150 sqm spacious living area of the detached vacation home you will find a modern, light-flooded living area with a cozy seating area with an unobstructed view of the garden, Smart TV with Magenta TV (Netflix, Disney+, RTL+, .....etc) and reclining chairs. The large rustic natural wood table connects the dining area with the modern kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and all kinds of kitchen utensils. Free WLAN is a matter of course. There are three bedrooms with a total of nine beds (new mattresses with different firmness levels): Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed Bedroom 2: queen-size double bed, single bed Bedroom 3 (family room) : King-size double bed, bunk bed Description in detail: From the balcony of one of the bedrooms there is a wonderful view of the Wetterstein mountains, weather permitting. The vacation home has two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, bathtub and WC as well as a separate guest WC. A special highlight is the cozy library on the upper floor with hundreds of books from a wide variety of genres. This makes even rare rainy days a feel-good day. If you suffer from back problems, a vibration plate is available. For younger guests, there is a children's play corner on the upper floor with children's books and toys. In summer there are games in the garden as well as a swing and slide. An extra bed and a crib can be provided free of charge on request. The large garden is fenced so that your children and/or dogs can run around freely. If it gets too hot on the south side despite the large sunshade, you can enjoy a cool shandy on the covered and somewhat shaded terrace. The location: The country house is located on the outskirts of the small village of Wielenbach in an absolutely quiet location. The municipality of Wielenbach is not only conveniently located between Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Munich (both 50 km away), but is also in the heart of the so-called "Pfaffenwinkel", which is the starting point for countless day trips and leisure activities. Particularly worth mentioning is the possibility to start directly from the house in different directions into nature and to take endless walks along romantic streams or the wilder river Ammer. Lakes: The Ammersee and Starnberger See lakes are both 15 minutes away by car. The Dietlhofer See, which is 0.6 km long and 0.2 km wide, is one of the most popular recreational areas in the area, along with the River Ammer. The Ammer can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and you can take wonderful walks along the river. Numerous other lakes such as the trendy Tegernsee, the picturesque Kochelsee or the surfer's favorite Walchensee are located directly in the surrounding area. The legendary Bavarian raft trips also start directly in Wolfratshausen on the Isar. Cycling The Pfaffenwinkel is a true paradise for cyclists. Between Ammersee and Zugspitze, there is a heavenly network of paths and side roads through the hilly Upper Bavarian Alpine foothills. In recent years, an extensive range of tours has been developed and is now gradually being implemented, inviting you to enjoy culture and nature in the MuSeenLandschaft Expressionismus and the Land der Moore as well as to make a pilgrimage by bike in the holy landscape between Ettal and Lake Starnberg and to enjoy heavenly delights between the Isar, Lech and Loisach rivers.
