Our vacation home SONNENSCHEIN was newly built in 2020/2021 and is designed for 4 - 5 people. The many window fronts, which are equipped with insect screens, offer picturesque views. The living space of 86 square meters is spread over 2 floors. The lower floor consists of a modern living/dining area with fitted kitchen, dining table, satellite TV and large corner sofa with sleeping function. From there you can access the spacious terrace with furniture. The lower floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a window, shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine and hairdryer. A staircase leads to a light-flooded room. There are two loungers there that invite you to relax. The glazed gable with a view of the garden leads to a very spacious balcony, which is also equipped with furniture. The two additional large skylights ensure a feeling of well-being. From the bedroom with double bed and satellite TV on the upper floor, the 3 windows of the dormer give a view over the field to the Baltic Sea, from the bedroom you enter a bathroom with window, a barbecue area is in front of the house. Eleven thousand meters of beach connect the green island of Poel and the Baltic Sea - so it almost goes without saying that the island in the Bay of Wismar offers numerous bathing opportunities.
