Finca Azahar is located in the Azahar Valley (Valle de la Flor) a small farm set in four acres of picturesque land comprising of olive, orange, lemon and many other varieties of fruit trees and a variety of shrubs and flowering plants native to the Mediterranean of which one incorporates a pool area, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the pretty village of Coin only 4km in the distance with its many restaurants and bars of a typical white village, while Malaga airport is only 15k away. Situated between two rivers, one of them the Rio Grande which is one of the largest and best known rivers in the area with many species of birds and wildlife within a 10 minute walk. Yurt. Our beautiful six-meter handmade traditional Mongolian yurt, with its typical colorful decorative outer covering and felt lining, is situated on a raised handmade wooden floor on a secluded terrace among olive trees with its own private garden and pool. The yurt has its own bathroom and toilet with hot water and a covered rustic summer kitchen fully equipped with fridge, barbecue, oven, ceramic hob, pots, pans, cooking utensils, glasses and crockery with a nice shaded area for dining under the olive and eucalyptus trees. Staying in our yurt will evoke the romantic nomad in you, giving you the feeling of being closer and in harmony with nature, but without giving up any luxury you would like to have on your vacation, including wifi internet, with superior space and rustic and comfortable furnishings to relax and get away from the pressures of everyday life. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the comfortable double bed while gazing at the stars through the central roof window. Wake up to birdsong and views of orange and lemon groves to the river and eucalyptus forest. Walk just a few steps through a high pine hedged archway for a refreshing dip in your private pool or just sit and relax by the fish pond and soak up the sun. The yurt door has a lock and key for peace of mind. We live in a separate area of the Finca and can help with any advice you may need regarding walks, places to visit and any general knowledge of the area. We are keen gardeners and nature lovers, living the quiet life, growing all our own vegetables and herbs in the greenhouse and raised beds situated amongst the orange trees. We have chickens for free range eggs, two dogs and a cat.
