Welcome to Can Regalat, a beautiful finca located in the Llevant Natural Park, in Artá, Mallorca. Our privileged location places us close to the most unspoiled beaches and coves of the island. Formerly, this farm was dedicated to the cultivation of fruits and vegetables, and we still preserve part of these crops with organic certification. Here, animals and native fauna coexist, together with extensive forests of oaks and pines, which offer the possibility of requesting excursions and guided routes for our guests. We have renovated the old cistern of the house and converted it into a beautiful swimming pool. However, it is important to note that the access to the farm is through an unpaved road, due to our location in the Natural Park. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid access with low vehicles. The house itself is a typical Majorcan house with more than 300 years of history, which was completely renovated in 2016. During the renovation, we converted it into a 100% bioclimatic house, which runs on renewable energies and is completely sustainable, thus leaving a minimal ecological footprint. The house consists of a first floor and a second floor, with a total of 217 square meters built. It has underfloor heating, pellet boiler and aerothermal for hot water generation. In addition, we have installed a central air conditioning system and a heat recovery system to keep the house in optimal conditions in any season of the year. On the first floor, you will find a cozy living room with fireplace, wifi, a 55-inch TV and music both inside and outside the house. There is also an en suite bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven and complete kitchenware. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms, one of them with a whirlpool bathtub, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All rooms have wifi connection, underfloor heating and beautiful views to the outside. To enjoy the outdoors, we have a swimming pool with sun loungers, a shower and a terrace with furniture, perfect for relaxing. We also offer a barbecue to enjoy outdoor meals. In addition, the house is equipped with an osmosis system and water softener, as well as a washing machine. Can Regalat combines all the comfort and amenities of a modern house with a special focus on responsible energy and water consumption. We care about solar control to avoid overheating in summer.
