Finca Emmita is a 10-minute drive from El Perelló and 20 minutes from the sea, located in the middle of a valley, with no neighbors or nearby roads. All you can hear is the sound of silence. The finca is 100% self-sufficient. It runs on solar energy, we collect rainwater, and gray water is recycled to irrigate the garden and plants. We also offer high-speed Internet. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE, TRANQUILITY, DISCONNECTION, AND TO ENJOY MOTHER NATURE, this is the place. 1 - La Casita Verde La Casita is a newly built wooden cabin and offers a small well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa and pellet stove, and a separate double bedroom. The bathroom has a large shower. There is a nice terrace with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The pool is shared and is open from June to September. Emma, the owner, lives on the finca and you will only see her if you need something. She is very respectful of her guests' privacy. There is another cabin at the other end of the property that is usually occupied by guests who, like you, seek calm and tranquility. We have 3 very friendly dogs that will come to greet you every day and will be happy to accompany you on your walks around the finca. There are 3 cats and some chickens that produce fresh eggs every day. Emma will always be happy to give you recommendations on beaches, restaurants, shops, local attractions, or nearby walks. The finca is located 10 minutes by car from the village of El Perelló, a car is needed. To access the finca, there is a dirt road of 5 to 7 minutes, it is possible to reach it with a normal car. Emma will send you very detailed instructions on how to get there before your arrival.
