This spacious finca for 6 people will allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside and the sun of Malaga. Only the second floor. The first floor is not included, but is not inhabited. The property is private for the tenants. This finca maintains the balance between countryside and city, thanks to the excellent communication it has by the Camino Viejo de Málaga. Where you can be in the center of Alhaurin el Grande in just ten minutes by car. It also has only 30 minutes from Malaga Airport, also has access to various towns of Malaga; Torremolinos, Nerja, Ronda, Fuengirola. The plot is entered through a gate where you can leave your car in the same enclosure and have it safe, as the entire plot is fenced. When you get out of the car you can see the pool, which, being high in a separate space, has sun at all times of the day. The pool has sunbeds and garden furniture to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The access is secured with a wrought iron fence. The access to the house is by stairs on the left side of the enclosure, from where you can enjoy the huge living room and kitchenette. The distribution consists of 3 bedrooms. Two of them with double bed and another room with single bed. The accommodation has air conditioning equipment with heat pump in the main accommodation (living room and two bedrooms) The bathroom has a shower. Dogs up to 10 kg are allowed with a supplement.
