We are Alba and Salvador and our project is based on our lifestyle where we offer retreats and activities in the middle of nature in the mountains of Reus. A space for health education and wellness. It is a quiet place, easily accessible, overlooking the sea and next to the forest. We offer accommodation, but also different individual or group proposals, guided by ourselves. We offer here a yurt for four people and/or a small cabin for two. Both spaces can be booked as a group or not. THE FARM what do we offer our guests? Spaces: - Outdoor picnic area under the mulberry trees, with table and chairs. With a small refrigerator at your disposal and an outdoor picnic area. Option of electric cable for caravans and tents. We do not have a kitchen for guests, they can bring their own camping materials. We do not offer lunch or dinner. - Different outdoor spaces for activities and relaxation. - Summer raft for cooling off. - Dry toilets and the best wild shower in the region (only with biodegradable soaps) Activities: - Option to access some of our group Qigong classes outside and sound and aroma bath session in our yurt (we do it one weekend a month, consult when booking).* - Personalized guided meditation session in our yurt, with the option of theoretical and practical explanation, for you and your companions. I adapt to your needs and requests. It can be either if you have meditated before or if it is your first time*. - Receive the technique 'Toc d'aromes', a therapeutic and relaxing application through a subtle massage with the application of pure essential oils on the back and feet, individual activity*. - Enjoy a relaxing and restorative Sound Bath personalized in our yurt for you and your companions. * Sound baths are therapeutic and wellness experiences based on immersion in sounds and vibrations. *These options are priced separately and we have to check availability. We will talk once the accommodation is confirmed. We will share more information with a description of the services, their contributions and we will check availability. RULES - Use biodegradable soaps. - Bring your own towels. - Silence in the garden after 10 pm. - Children are welcome, with adult supervision. - Pets are not allowed, as we already have 1 dog, although it is very quiet, it can generate undesirable although it is very quiet, it can generate undesirable encounters. - Smoke free space, if you smoke, you have to go to the parking area. - Leave the area clean. SURROUNDINGS We are in the middle of the Reus Mountains, where the king is the pine forest. We have views of the coast of Tarragona, which is 30 kilometers away. The Natural Parks of Montsant and Llaberia are within driving distance, as well as the mountains of Prades. So, nature, coast and city at your fingertips from the heart of the forest. There are options of mountain, hiking, rural tourism in the villages, city tourism in Reus (modernist city) and Tarragona (Roman city) and much more.
