Villa Font Aina is a beautiful retreat in the countryside, with a fantastic and private view of the nearby mountains from the pool. But, if you want to dine or spend a day at the beach, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia are within easy reach. Each town offers something different and all deserve to be seen during your stay. This charming 3-bedroom villa has Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and the living room. As you approach the villa you will be greeted by the stunning mountainside behind the house. The large gravel parking area is gated from the lane and the main entrance is on the side of the building. The cozy living room and dining room are open plan, with a large ornamental fireplace and windows overlooking the pool and garden. The adjacent, practical kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast table, ideal for early morning tea or coffee. The kitchen has a full oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A side door from the kitchen opens onto the gardens. From the living room, a hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms. The bedroom with double bed has an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the two bedrooms with twin beds share a separate bathroom. The grounds are surrounded on three sides with magnificent views of the mountains. The large terrace with lawn and pool offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery. There is also a chill out area and a table and chairs on the covered terrace, with the barbecue on one side of the garden. Villa Font Aina can accommodate up to 6 people (FREE travel crib and high chair available on request). Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am Tourist tax is included in the price.
