Welcome to the garden apartment - the modern one, located on the upper floor of the main house at Warfthof Wollatz. Enjoy nature-based experiences and relaxed family time at the North Sea between Büsum and St. Peter Ording. Here, modern Nordic living style merges with simple beauty to create a harmonious unity. The lovingly selected furniture provides a cozy atmosphere, while large windows in every room offer views of the expansive farmhouse garden. Enjoy the tranquility on your own little balcony – perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxed evenings in the evening sun. The apartment accommodates up to five guests and is equipped with all comforts: two cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a stylish bathroom, as well as fast Wi-Fi and TV ensure a carefree stay, and in the basement, there is also a shared washing machine available. For families, a high chair and baby bed are provided. While the little ones have adventures outside in the yard – whether it's playing on the straw floor, go-karting, or an exciting tractor ride with Farmer York, the adults can relax. We are the fourth generation to run the farm, and since the mid-1970s, the Warfthof Wollatz has also been welcoming vacationers. Since the generational transition in 2000, we have been continuously renovating the farmhouse through extensive remodeling and expanding our vacation rental business.
